service clients in all 50 states. We offer a wide variety of financial, accounting, tax,
and computer services. We specialize in servicing the financial, accounting, and tax needs
of self-employed individuals, family owned businesses, new start-up businesses and

Michael P. Rudy, CPA
Mr. Rudy received a B.S. degree in Accounting
and has over 15 years of experience. As a former Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue
Service, Mike has extensive tax experience and specializes in servicing the financial and
tax needs of businesses in various industries as well as individual clients. He has a
broad range of experience involving financial statement preparation, income tax planning
and preparation, tax problem resolution, new business start-ups, and legal entity
formation. Mike serves as a consultant and business advisor to his clients on various
matters including retirement plans, bank negotiations, acquisitions, health insurance
plans, and financial planning. He is currently a member of the American Institute and
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Monica A. Reeser
Monica has over 15 years of accounting, tax,
and Information System experience. She has been with the company since 1995 and has
performed a wide variety of accounting and tax services for both businesses and
individuals. Monica specializes in servicing new business start-ups, client payroll needs,
tax problem resolution, business and individual tax planning and preparation, and end-user
Quickbooks software training. She serves as the firms information technology consultant.
