Associates operates a general practice CPA firm. Located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we
service clients in all 50 states. We offer a wide variety of financial, accounting, tax,
and computer services. We specialize in servicing the financial, accounting, and tax needs
of self-employed individuals, family owned businesses, new start-up businesses and
individual clients. Our philosophy is to maintain a close working relationship with our
clients while providing the highest level of professional services in a friendly, timely
and efficient manner.
Michael P. Rudy, CPA
Mr. Rudy received a B.S. degree in Accounting
and has over 15 years of experience. As a former Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue
Service, Mike has extensive tax experience and specializes in servicing the financial and
tax needs of businesses in various industries as well as individual clients. He has a
broad range of experience involving financial statement preparation, income tax planning
and preparation, tax problem resolution, new business start-ups, and legal entity
formation. Mike serves as a consultant and business advisor to his clients on various
matters including retirement plans, bank negotiations, acquisitions, health insurance
plans, and financial planning. He is currently a member of the American Institute and
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Karen Shakour
Karen has over 10 years of accounting and tax experience. She has
been with the company since 2005 and has performed a wide variety of
accounting and tax services for both businesses and individuals.
Karen specializes in servicing new business start-ups, client
payroll needs, tax problem resolution, business and individual tax
planning and preparation.
Greg Duplessis
Greg has over 15 years of accounting and tax. He has been providing
tax services to many of our individual and small business client
starting with the 2006 tax year.
Janice Stites
Janice serves as the firms office manager and performs a variety of
administrative functions. She performs billing, collection and
accounts payable functions within the firm. She started with the
firm at the beginning of the 2006 tax filing season.
Cindy Ravert
Cindy has been with the firm since 2000. She is instrumental in our
tax assembly process and assists with office administration and
organization.
Margaret DeGaetano
Margaret has been with the firm since 2006 and has been performing a
variety of bookkeeping, payroll and administrative duties. She also
serves as the firms electronic filing coordinator for individual and
business tax filings.
