Associates operates a general practice CPA firm. Located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we
service clients in all 50 states. We offer a wide variety of financial, accounting, tax,
and computer services. We specialize in servicing the financial, accounting, and tax needs
of self-employed individuals, family owned businesses, new start-up businesses and
individual clients. Our philosophy is to maintain a close working relationship with our
clients while providing the highest level of professional services in a friendly, timely

Michael P. Rudy, CPA
Mr. Rudy received a B.S. degree in Accounting
and has over 25 years of experience. As a former Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue
Service, Mike has extensive tax experience and specializes in servicing the financial and
tax needs of businesses in various industries as well as individual clients. He has a
broad range of experience involving financial statement preparation, income tax planning
and preparation, tax problem resolution, new business start-ups, and legal entity
formation. Mike serves as a consultant and business advisor to his clients on various
matters including retirement plans, bank negotiations, acquisitions, health insurance
plans, and financial planning. He is currently a member of the American Institute and
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.Jennifer Borneman, CPA
Jen has over 15 years of accounting and tax experience. She has been
providing tax services to many of our individual and small business
clients since 2008.
Alex Seeker
Alex graduated college in 2009 and has been preparing tax returns
for individuals and small business clients for several years. He
performs a wide variety of accounting and tax services for both
businesses and individuals.
Elizabeth Rudy
Elizabeth has been handling the firms HR responsibilities
since 2003 along with handling various administrative functions.
